Microsoft Codename: Homestead (2005)

I don't know why I made this one but it looks nice. I don't really know what else to put here.

Windows 95 Sex Edition (1996)

The lore for this one is that Microsoft was working on this version shortly after the official release of Windows 95, but unfortunately main programmer Frank Plubert became mysteriously ill, and started having visions of Marge Simpson calling him a "little gamer boy". The project was cancelled after Frank withdrew all the money from his bank account, left the country, and became an actor for Pizza Hut commercials in the Middle East.

Untitled Windows (Early 2000's)

Again, I don't really have any lore or anything for this one. Sometimes I like to make bootscreens that are based on album covers by bands I like. This one is based off of the cover art for Loveless by My Bloody Valentine. I think it turned out alright.

Zune Operating System (2007? i fogor)

Hey, look! It's Zune! Everyone remembers Zune, right? I don't. This might be because I was both pretty young when they were out and they were never really any popular in the first place but the first time I ever learnt about Zune was from the Windows XP theme they made for it. Great job, Microsoft.
